Thank You for 2009

The 2009 Rosedale Ride is now behind us and we are branding it a success! Thank you to all who showed up for the 15th Annual Rosedale Ride. Despite the cold weather, you came out in force and honored the children of Rosedale School with your presence and your perseverance. The memories made at this ride will inspire us for months to come – the riders who returned again after so many years of support, the first-time riders who gave us a try, the community volunteers who gave up their morning to help out, the food vendors who filled stomachs with goodness, the bands who made us tap our feet, and the Rosedale School staff whose tireless efforts and caring smiles showed us why we all love this school. But there is one other group that deserves special attention – the Rosedale Foundation Board of Directors.

None of this would be possible without their endless planning and commitment to excellence. These men and women have given up hundreds of hours to make the Rosedale School stronger and the children of the school more independent through their work. We are most grateful to them for their efforts. Finally, we recognize the children of Rosedale who came out to the ride, both in spirit in and in person. Whether you were riding for Charles or Jessica, Savannah or Riley Jane, your participation shows the school and the greater community that the children indeed deserve our best. We thank you again for your support, in all the forms it came in, and we look forward to seeing you again next year for the 2010 Rosedale Ride.
